We handle all the details, from linens to final cleaning, so all you need to do is relax and enjoy.

What is a timeshare week?

A Holiday Club timeshare apartment is divided into 51 weeks. As an owner, you share the holiday apartment and its expenses with all the other owners. This allows you to enjoy high-quality holidays and diverse services at an affordable price, without paying for anything unnecessary.
When you purchase a timeshare, you buy a share in an independent property company from Holiday Club Resorts Oy. As proof of the purchase, you receive a share certificate.
Your holiday apartment is managed by a property company, and you can influence its decisions at the annual shareholders' meeting.
You enjoy an easy and carefree holiday in a high-quality, fully furnished, and maintained holiday apartment.
Week ownership costs between €5,000 and €25,000, depending on the location, size of the apartment, and the time of ownership.
In addition, a maintenance fee is paid for the week, which averages around €350 per year. This fee covers expenses such as electricity, water, cleaning, and maintenance, so there are no unexpected extra costs.

Different ownership types to suit your needs

As a Holiday Club owner, you can own two types of holiday weeks: week shares or villas shares. You can also own both, with some small differences between these ownership types.

Timeshare ownership

As a Holiday Club week owner, you own a week in a housing company, and each year you have your own holiday apartment available during the time you own. If you wish, you can also exchange your holiday week or rent it out, making the usage extremely flexible.

Villas ownership

Holiday Club Villas is a holiday apartment that you own entirely or partially (for example, a 1/6 share). You can reserve the weeks for your own use or rent them out.

As a Holiday Club holiday week owner, you can enjoy your holiday exactly how you want – your Holiday Club holiday is indeed flexible. In addition to using it yourself, you can rent out or lend your week, or exchange it through our partner RCI for vacations abroad.

Enjoy it yourself

As a week owner, you and your loved ones can start enjoying your holiday the moment you open the door to your holiday apartment.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The beds are made, towels are waiting in the bathroom, though you'll need to light the firewood yourself and turn on the sauna.

When your holiday ends, there's no need to spend time cleaning, as your Holiday Club holiday includes final cleaning.

Rent it out

If you don't plan to use your holiday week and don't want to deposit it in the RCI points exchange system, it's worth putting it up for rent through Holiday Club's rental service. Renting through us is easy, hassle-free, and reliable, and you’ll receive your share of the rental income.

Lend it to a friend

As a holiday week owner, you can lend your week to your friends or family. What better way to delight your loved ones than with a week at a popular Holiday Club destination, especially when you don't have time to enjoy the holiday yourself.

If you lend or gift your week:

Inform the names of the guests to our customer service
If your ownership is part of the holiday exchange system, notify RCI with the gift week recipient’s name and contact information.
