Booking and accommodation
The rooms are one-bedroom apartments that can accommodate up to 4 people (2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed), and two-bedroom apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people (2 in each bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed).
Yes, a deposit of €100 is required at check-in to cover damages, misuse, or loss of pool towels, as stated in our internal house rules. The deposit can be paid either in cash or by card. If a card is used, the deposit is charged to the card and canceled on the departure date, so it is not deducted from the guest's account but simply held.
We understand that your best friend is very important to you, but for hygiene and safety reasons in our resorts and apartments, pets are not allowed except for guide dogs.
If you would like to check into your apartment after 11:00 AM, you can add your request in the "Any personal requests" section when making your reservation, or if you are already on-site, please check with the reception before 12:00 PM the day before your departure.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. If late check-out is possible, there may be additional costs for extended stay.

Upon arrival at the resort, you must present your reservation confirmation, either printed on paper or displayed on a mobile device, along with the personal identification documents of ALL guests (ID card, passport, etc.).

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM. However, our staff will do their best to check you in as early as possible. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
If you would like to stay in your apartment after 11:00 AM, please check with the reception by 12:00 PM the day before your departure. There will be an additional charge for extended stays.

By bus
Global Bus line 91 provides a direct connection from Las Palmas Airport to Puerto de Mogán. The bus stops in Puerto Rico and Amadores. Buses depart daily every hour from 6:00 AM until 9:00 PM.
By taxi
The taxi ride takes about 40 minutes, as the airport is approximately 50 km from all resorts.

Yes, you can. The car rental company we collaborate with is a local partner that we have worked with for many years. Their service is excellent, and the prices are all-inclusive.
