Breakfast is included in the price of hotel rooms. If you are staying in a holiday apartment, you can purchase the breakfast buffet separately.

You can purchase water park tickets at the time of booking. The price of accommodation alone does not automatically include access to the water park.

Parking at Katinkulta is subject to a fee (€1.60/hour, €9/day, and €41/week). Please pay for weekly parking upon your arrival at the reception.

Some holiday apartments offer free parking spaces.

Yes, indeed! There are electric vehicle charging stations located in the parking area between the Villas 2 building and the spa building. The Virta app offers 4 x 22kW charging points, and you can check the charging rates through the Virta app. Additionally, there are 2 x 22kW Tesla Destination Chargers available for free for Tesla vehicles. Please note that parking is subject to a fee even during charging.

Charging from the external sockets at the holiday homes is prohibited for safety reasons.

If you forget your phone charger or other belongings in your hotel room or holiday home, you can inquire about it directly with Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu. We do not keep or send forgotten items to spa and hotel locations; instead, we direct them straight to Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu.

Yes, indeed! All hotel rooms and holiday apartments (excluding Rantahovi) have free wireless internet access.

You can book a hotel room or holiday home through our website or by contacting our customer service.

If you have booked a hotel room:

The reservation, which is payable at the destination and has a cancellation policy, can be canceled free of charge until 6 PM on the day of arrival. Prepaid reservations cannot be canceled or transferred.

If you have rented a holiday apartment:

The reservation can be canceled free of charge at least 14 days before the start of the reservation. Cancellations must be made in writing to asiakaspalvelu@holidayclub.fi.

We recommend travel insurance to our customers for any unforeseen circumstances. 
 

Holiday Club Katinkulla has four accessible hotel rooms on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator. The bathrooms are equipped with grab bars (in the shower and next to the toilet) and an emergency button.

Out of the holiday homes, four have fixed ramps, allowing wheelchair access as well. Portable ramps can be ordered for your use during your stay. Otherwise, the holiday homes are not designed to be accessible. 

Two of the Villas apartments have accessible bathrooms, equipped with grab bars in the shower and on the sides of the toilet. The apartments can be accessed by elevator. Unfortunately, the Villas do not have any other supportive equipment.

You can access the restaurants on the second floor and the O'Learys restaurant located on the ground floor via the elevator from the hotel lobby. There is also a restroom for people with disabilities in the lobby. 

There is also an elevator to the spa; however, unfortunately, the spa is not accessible, and movement even with assistance can be very challenging. There are two restrooms for people with disabilities in the spa facilities. 

Currently, our parking area has four designated parking spaces for individuals with mobility impairments.

An accessible route to the bowling alley can be arranged through staff facilities. We hope you will contact us before your vacation so we can plan your assistance as thoroughly as possible.

Yes, there is! Please inform us of your allergy when making a reservation. Some rooms have parquet flooring. Allergy-friendly blankets and pillows are available. Customers traveling with pets will always be accommodated in different rooms than allergic customers.

Of course! Pets are welcome, please inform us of their arrival when making a reservation. The pet fee is €35/stay in holiday apartments and spa hotels. The pet fee is per apartment, meaning that multiple pets can stay for the same fee. 

The beautiful surroundings of Katinkulta and, for example, the dog-friendly beach provide excellent conditions for a holiday with pets.

The most common amenities in spa hotel rooms include the following: shower, toilet, hairdryer, telephone, bed linen and towels, TV. Please check the detailed room-specific amenity lists on the product pages of the online store. 

Bathrobes and slippers are available at the reception for an additional fee.

Overnight stays in camping vans are prohibited in the area of the destinations.

Unfortunately, bringing your own hot tub is not allowed.

The price of the family room includes accommodation for a family of four. The room always has a double bed and a sofa bed. A fifth guest aged 4–14 can stay in the same room on an extra bed for €30/night.

Booking two adjacent rooms, especially with older children, is also a practical option for those seeking privacy and space. In online store reservations, this information should be noted in the additional information field.

Yes, indeed! A baby travel bed is available for hotel rooms and holiday apartments at a price of €20/stay.

Swim diapers are available for purchase at the spa reception. The use of swim diapers is mandatory for children aged 0–2.
