The mat in the vestibule is suitable for those using aids. The grates in front of the main entrance are firm and dense enough to be considered accessible.
The main lobby can be accessed either from the main entrance or via corridors from the rear entrances. When entering from the main entrance, the service desk is slightly to the side. The service desk does not have a clear contrast with its surroundings but is illuminated. The floor color may be challenging for visually impaired individuals.
The elevators in Loisto are generally accessible, with elevator access to all floors. The elevator doors contrast with their surroundings. Individuals with mobility impairments can use the elevators accessibly, and the buttons are at a suitable height. The turning radius in the elevator is 1320 mm, within the recommended range of 1300-1500 mm. The elevators are less accessible to visually impaired individuals. The floor signage has black and white contrast.
If you have a disabled parking permit, you can park on the street in front of the main entrance. The right to park with the permit is indicated by a sign, but there is no separate marking for an accessible parking space. The route from street parking to the entrance is accessible and short but not marked with contrast. There are accessible parking spaces for customers at the rear, measuring 2500 mm in width and 4500 mm in length. The spaces are marked with a small blue sign.
The pool areas facilities include an accessible changing room with a door that allows barrier-free entry and sufficient space for turning with an aid.
The pool areas washing facilities have ample space for those using aids to move around. The washing area also has a movable chair that can be used for showering.
The saunas are partially accessible for individuals using aids. The sauna doors are 830 mm wide, but there is no special space for maneuvering freely with aids, and there is no place for a wheelchair in the sauna. Moving within the sauna may also be difficult for visually impaired individuals. The pool area has ample space for movement for those using aids. There are several seats around the pool for resting, and handrails surround the pools. The main pool is accessible via a ramp without a pool lift.
