Release regarding Holiday Club Saariselkä

The building fire in shopping center Kuukkeli on the 21st of February does not affect Holiday Club Saariselkä's operations. Our well-equipped R-kioski and restaurant serve as normal, see opening hours here. Our restaurants also have a take away option. Welcome to Holiday Club Saariselkä!

We operate in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the authorities regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and are restricting our restaurants’ opening hours and serving of alcoholic beverages as follows:

Our restaurants will be closed by midnight at latest and serving of alcoholic beverages will end at 11 pm. Our restaurants will offer a take-away service even outside their opening hours, if possible. Please check the service hours at the hotel reception or on the resorts’ website. 

R-kioski serves our hotel locations daily with extensive opening hours, offering snacks and drinks.

We will do our utmost to serve all our customers in the best possible way, despite the exceptional circumstances. We strive to keep our services open when the restrictions allow – and there are plenty of winter activities for all our guests at and around our resorts, even in the exceptional circumstances.

Changes in our spa hotel services between 24 December and 20 January

We operate in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the authorities regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and are restricting our restaurants’ opening hours and serving alcoholic beverages as follows: 

From Christmas Eve to 27 December, our restaurants will be closed by 10 pm and serving alcoholic beverages will end at 9 pm. From 28 December to 20 January 2022, serving alcoholic beverages in the restaurants will end at 5 pm and the restaurants will be closed by 8 pm. Our restaurants will offer a take-away service even outside their opening hours, if possible. Please check the service hours at the hotel reception or on the resort’s website. We will check COVID-19 passports in our restaurants for customers over the age of 16 from 4 pm onwards. COVID-19 passports will not be checked at breakfast or lunch or during take-away pickups. 

R-kioski serves our hotel locations daily with extensive opening hours, offering snacks and drinks.

We will do our utmost to serve all our customers in the best possible way, despite the exceptional circumstances. We strive to keep our services open when the restrictions allow – and there are plenty of winter activities for all our guests at and around our resorts, even in the exceptional circumstances.

Holiday Club Katinkulta

The changes in opening hours and use of COVID-19 passports do not apply to Katinkulta, since the area is currently not in the community transmission phase of the pandemic. We care about our customers and recommend wearing face masks, and our staff also wear masks.

Our restaurants’ take-away service and R-kioski serve pickup customers as usual – please check the opening hours at the hotel reception or here.

Holiday Club Caribia

In accordance with the guidelines of local authorities, the spa is closed from 1st of January to 15th of January.

We want to protect the health of our customers and employees, so kindly don't travel if you're feeling sick. We recommend that you maintain adequate safety distance and good hand hygiene in our locations. Our staff wear masks in customer service situations in our locations in the areas where the coronavirus epidemic is spreading. We also recommend that our customers use masks indoors in those areas when sufficient distance to other customers or our staff cannot be maintained.
