Reservation through the online shop

  • Through the online shop, you can make a reservation to a spa hotel, holiday home, introductory holiday or purchase a gift card. 
  • Reservations must be made by telephone or e-mail through customer service if:
    • you are paying with a gift card
    • you are reserving a hypoallergenic or accessible room

Reservations by telephone

  • By telephone, you can make a reservation to a spa hotel, holiday home or introductory holiday or purchase a gift card.
  • Payments are to be made by credit card, or invoice before the start of the holiday, or at the holiday location. When booking an introductory holiday, payments must always be made by credit card when making the reservation.


  • If you have a discount code, please enter it in the online shop or indicate it to the customer service representative at the start of the reservation process.
  • You will be eligible for the discount only if you use the code. 
  • Discount will not be granted afterwards.

Reservation confirmation

  • You will receive a reservation confirmation in your e-mail after the telephone or online shop reservation.
  • Present the reservation confirmation upon your arrival at the location, either on paper or on the screen of your phone.


  • You can change or cancel your reservation according to reservation and cancellation terms.
