A reservation made with cancellation rights can be cancelled free of charge up until 6 PM on the day of arrival. Prepaid reservations cannot be cancelled or transferred.

Reservations made through the online store can be cancelled via the link provided in the reservation confirmation.

If you have rented a vacation apartment:

The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the reservation start date. Cancellations should be made in writing to asiakaspalvelu@holidayclub.fi

You can access the restaurants and breakfast area via ramps.

Unfortunately, our spa area does not have ramps or a pool lift. Access to the different floors and pools in the spa area requires the use of stairs.

Currently, there are marked parking spaces for guests with mobility impairments at the entrance of the spa hotel. You can park for free in the parking area with a mobility impaired parking permit.

Yes, it is available! Please inform us of any allergies when making your reservation. The hotel does not have specific allergy-friendly rooms, but we can provide an allergen-free cleaning upon request. Guests traveling with pets will be accommodated in separate rooms from guests with allergies.

Of course! Pets are welcome; please inform us about them when making your reservation. The pet fee is €35 per stay in vacation apartments and spa hotels. The pet fee is per apartment, meaning multiple pets can stay for the same fee.

The price of a Family Room (Standard Room Category) includes accommodation for a family of three. The room has beds for two people and an extra bed for one child aged 4-14 years (up to 170 cm tall). Additionally, a fourth guest (a child aged 4-14 years) can stay in the room for an additional fee without their own bed. Children under 4 years old can stay in the room free of charge without their own bed.

Booking two adjacent rooms, especially with older children, is also a convenient option if you want more privacy and space. In online reservations, this information should be noted in the additional information field.

Absolutely! A baby travel crib is available for hotel rooms at a rate of 20 € per stay.
